Land Records

The Town Clerks office is pleased to announce that our Land Record indices are now offered online. The Town Clerk Portal is hosted by our software provider, Cott Systems. Once you enter the site, you will find several area towns who are also participating. The index for search is free, however if you need copies, there is a subscription fee which covers all towns on that site. You will find the Connecticut Town Clerks Portal at this link.
