Information Technology

The Information Technology (IT) Department supports all technology-related needs across Town departments. Our responsibilities include the planning, procurement, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Town’s computer systems, software applications, network infrastructure, backup and security systems, and user support services.

We play an active role in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions to support the Town’s operational growth and to ensure compatibility across systems. In addition to technical support and user training for Town staff, we also manage the Town’s official website and Government Access Television Channel.

In addition to technical support and infrastructure management, the IT Department also handles all media production responsibilities for the Town. This includes creating original video content from start to finish—filming, editing, producing, and broadcasting various programs—as well as airing selected content from external sources. We also manage the live streaming and recording of all Town Council and Planning & Zoning Commission meetings, ensuring residents have consistent and transparent access to local government proceedings.
