Welcome to the South Windsor Department of Human Services!
The Department of Human Services is a multi-generational service agency whose mission is to enable South Windsor residents to achieve and maintain personal and social well being by providing a variety of services, programs, and resources that are both proactive and responsive to the community's needs.
There are two divisions of Human Services. Please click on the links to the left for Adult and Senior Services (case management services, financial assistance, senior programming, transportation services, CARES Group (social day program for residents 60+)); or Youth and Family Services (youth counseling, prevention programming, Teen Center and parent education).
Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
