  4. How do I know if my house is on a well or septic system and where it is on my property?
If you do not receive a water bill from a public utility company or sewer bill from the Town of South Windsor, your property is more than likely served by a well or septic system. You can call or email the Health Department to inquire about any well permits on record or as-builts for septic systems. This information is not currently available online.
