Banquet Hall Rentals

The South Windsor Community Center, located at 150 Nevers Road, has one room available to the public to rent. The Banquet Hall, capacity of 130 people, is available on Saturdays and Sundays only.

There is an hourly charge of $85 and includes the cost of using the kitchen for counters, sink and refrigerator (there is no freezer available). The stove and oven is NOT available for public use.

FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

Tables and chairs are provided at no additional cost (the room must be left the way you found it). 

There are no discounts for non-profits.

Fundraisers are not allowed. 

There is an additional flat charge of $100 for non residents. Proof of residency is required.

Room Availability:

April: No More Availability 

May: All weekend days are available EXCEPT May 19. Saturdays times are available: 1-10 PM; Sundays available 8 AM to 8 PM

June: Not available on June 1, 22, 29. June 8 is available ONLY 5 PM till 10 PM

July: Saturdays and Sundays are available EXCEPT July 6, 27

August and September: All Saturdays and Sundays are available.

Payment is made by cash or check; credit cards are not accepted. No date is booked until payment is made in full.
