Online Dog License Renewal

How to Renew Your Dog License Online

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE ADDITIONAL FEES FOR LICENSING YOUR DOG ONLINE.  A $2.00 CONVENIENCE FEE PER DOG WILL BE CHARGED AS WELL AS A CREDIT CARD FEE OF 4% OF THE TOTAL TRANSACTION PLUS $.30.

YOU MUST UPLOAD A CURRENT RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE IN ORDER TO LICENSE YOUR DOG ONLINE EVEN IF IT IS NOT EXPIRED ON YOUR RENEWAL CARD.  IT IS A REQUIRED FIELD TO LICENSE YOUR DOG ONLINE.

  1. Click on the link below that matches the type of license you wish to purchase.You will be taken to the RECORDHUB website.
    1. If you have an account, click Login in the upper right-hand corner.
    2. If you do not have an account, click Sign Up and follow the prompts.
  2. Complete the online form.
    1. You will be required to upload the current Rabies Vaccination Certificate.
    2. If your dog has been spayed or neutered since he/she was last licensed, you must also upload a Spay/Neuter Certificate.
  3. Submit the form.
    1. If applying for only one dog license, submit the payment and print the receipt.
    2. If applying for more than one dog license:
      1. If applying for more than one license of the same type, choose ADD to CART and then CONTINUE SHOPPING OPTIONS. The same type of license will appear for completion.
      2. If applying for more than one license of a different type, choose ADD TO CART and CONTINUE SHOPPING OPTIONS. Then, select the type of license from the links above.
      3. When the last license is submitted, choose ADD TO CART and PROCEED TO CART.
      4. Follow the prompts to submit payment and print receipt.
  4. An email will be sent when the license request has been submitted.
  5. An additional email will be sent when the request is processed.
  6. All approved licenses will be mailed to the address submitted within 7 business days.
