The Permit Process

1. Submit application ONLINE along with plans, specifications and proof of workers compensation (The Workers Compensation Waiver is available on our website on the left-hand side or we will accept 7A, 7B or 7C). 

2. Permit approval can be received upon completion of the plan review online. You may proceed with the project only once the permit document has been issued.

3. Schedule inspections by calling the office and setting it up with the Administrator at each phase of the project. Give enough lead time (3-4 days in advance to schedule - we do not do same-day inspections) Photos WILL NOT be accepted. Plan accordingly.

4. Certificate of Occupancy is issued only when code compliance has been determined by a final inspection. Certificates get issued online through the OpenGov online permitting portal.
