CURRENT MEETING SCHEDULE:  3^rd Wednesday

GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES:  This Committee will have the responsibility of developing a Capital Budget that will enhance the following principles:  1) Develop capital budget and planning procedures; 2) Analyze community trends; 3) Involve all responsible parties; 4) Define goals; 5) Assess service delivery requirements; 6) Identify capital needs; 7) Maintain existing assets; 8) Link Capital and operating budgets; 9) Weigh project costs and benefits; 10) Prioritize capital projects; and 11) Determine the fiscal capacity.
