Community Health Needs Assessment

For the month of June, the South Windsor Health Department will be conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment survey! We want to hear from as many South Windsor residents as possible. Paper copies are available at the Community Center, Library, Town Hall, and Wapping School/Recreation Department if residents want to participate without using their phone or computer. Please help spread the word!
