Notice is hereby given that the Town of South Windsor, Connecticut shall accept sealed bids for:
BUCKLAND ROAD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION 2022
Bids shall be accepted electronically on the Bid Express service at www.bidexpress.com until 2:00 p.m. prevailing Local Time, May 4th, 2022, at which place and time said bids shall be opened and evaluated.
In general the work to be performed under this contract includes pavement milling, curb removal, paving, curbing, adjusting and replacing as needed catch basin tops and utility manholes and gate boxes, pavement markings, topsoil and turf establishment and paving driveway entrances. The work location will be approximately 4,900 feet, across four lanes of Buckland Road, where due to traffic, the work is to be done mainly during nighttime hours.
Copies of Contract Documents may be obtained on line via the Bid Express services website at www.bidexpress.com. Vendors must register and review each solicitation you intend to bid electronically before bidding. The Town of South Windsor, Connecticut reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted in response to this Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality, defect or irregularity in any or all bids if such action is in the best interests of the Town.
