Revenue Collection Payment Options:

When making payment, please bring or send all copies of the bill. Receipts will be returned to taxpayers who include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please make your check payable to Town of South Windsor.

1.  In Person - Hand deliver your payment to the Revenue Collection office on the first floor of Town Hall. Office hours are Monday 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday -Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The office accepts cash, money order, certified funds or check. A computer terminal is available for on line payment using a debit or credit card or an ACH check, fees apply.  Immediate DMV clearance is only available to those paying delinquent bills in full with cash or certified funds.

2.  By Mail

Mail your payment in the return envelope provided.If the envelope has been lost or damaged send your payment to:

3.  Online

Payments may be made online by credit card, debit card or e-check (also known as an ACH.) The vendor, Invoice Cloud, will charge a fee. Online payments do not allow for immediate DMV clearance, please contact 860-644-2511 ext. 2321 if you have questions regarding DMV clearance.

4.  Drop Box - Check or money order only, no cash.

Drop boxes are a safe and secure method to pay any time day or night as the boxes are monitored by video 24 hours per day. Staff empty the boxes twice a day during business hours. Envelopes do not require US postage. 

       1.  Drive up drop box is located at the front entrance of Town Hall next to the US Mail Box.   

       2.   Front of Town Hall, a box is mounted outside of the front entrance.
