A cost-effective way to pay on line is with an e-check, for a 95-cent fee you will avoid lines and be provided a receipt via email for your payment.  Payment can be made on line using a debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. A 2.95% fee is added by the vendor and a receipt will be provided via email.
