Open Discussion – Visioning for SWAAN Ctr. Project
Committee members and guests all voiced their vision for this property, as shown in attached, Exhibit A.
After discussions and a vote on different suggestions, the priorities of this project were determined to be the house and farming.

Committee members discussed the ability to construct a barn in the back of the house, the constraints on the site, public access onto the property and funding for the home inspection.
Councilor Snyder made a motion to have the funds come out of the SWAAN budget for the home inspection to the house on the property. Councilor Pendleton seconded the motion; and it was approved, unanimously.
Committee members then decided that John Caldwell would try to contact Dave Sherwood on Ellington Road for the home inspection.
