Why is Street Sweeping Important?

Street Sweeping not only makes our South Windsor Streets Cleaner, it is an important part of storm water pollution prevention. It helps to prevent unwanted debris from flowing into the drainage structures. It helps to keep job sites clean and safe and minimize tire damage. 

When does Street Sweeping happen?

We complete two passes for all districts, beginning in March and is completed by the end of June.
