PZC Public Notice Registry
The Planning & Zoning Commission Public Notice Registry allows those who register to receive advance notice of Public Hearings for any Planning & Zoning Commission initiated changes to Zoning Regulations or Boundaries, Subdivision Regulations, or the Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD).
Please allow five (5) business days for your name to be added to the registry. Your name will be kept on the registry for a period of three (3) years, after which time you must submit a new request to be added for another three year period. The registry is established per Connecticut General Statutes 8-7d.
