The Town of South Windsor auctioned the following properties in South Windsor to satisfy delinquent taxes and charges on August 27, 2021:

  • 2083 Ellington Road owned by Roger Brown was sold to Karan Garewal and Pratibha Garewal of 6 Brentwood Court, Mt. Kisco NY 10549 for $236,000.00.
  • 430 Ellington Road owned by Eileen S. Christensen and Paul L. Christensen or his Estate was sold to Long Haul LLC of 255 Main Street #2, Hartford CT 06106 for $125,000.00.
  • 1986 John Fitch Blvd owned by N’Marie Crumbie was sold to Jim N. Lee of 705 Tolland Street, East Hartford CT 06108 for $69,000.00.
  • Mobile Home at 35 Main Street #A3 owned by Albert Fazzina, Jr. or his Estate was sold to Noor Zahoor Khan of 47 Sutton Drive, Vernon CT 06066 for $17,000.00.
  • 199 Main Street owned by Marilyn A. Grillo was sold to Besheret LLC of 36 Robin Road, Apt. 305, West Hartford CT 06119 for $34,514.55.
  • 60 Woodland Drive owned by James A. Lombardi or his Estate and Nationwide Abstract LLC was sold to Anurag Nagpal of 129 Kent Lane, South Windsor CT 06074 for $191,000.00.
  • 20 Strawberry Lane owned by SDJ Holdings LLC was sold to Jim N. Lee of 705 Tolland Street, East Hartford CT 06108 for $165,000.00.
  • 65 Mascolo Road owned by Sixty-Five Mascolo Road Corp. was sold to Priyalkumar Garala of 110 Oak Ridge Drive, Windsor Locks CT 06096 for $235,000.00.
  • R005 Newberry Road owned by United Building Contractors, Inc. was sold to Long Haul LLC of 255 Main Street #2, Hartford CT 06106 for $32,000.00.
  • Mobile Home at 35 Main Street #E14 owned by Mark R. Vachon was sold to Congress & John LLC of 243 Wilson Street, Waterbury CT 06708 for $8,000.00.

The redemption period expires on February 28, 2022. If redemption does not take place by the date stated and in the manner provided by law, the delinquent taxpayers, and all mortgagees, lienholders and other encumbrancers who have received actual or constructive notice of such sale as provided by law, are hereby notified that their respective titles, mortgages, liens, restraints on alienation and other encumbrances in such properties shall be extinguished.
