Notice Regarding Town MS4 Permit Annual Report

This public notice is being issued in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection regarding the availability of the annual report associated with the Town of South Windsor’s registration under the General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4).     

The public is hereby notified that the Town’s annual report detailing progress made during the 2017 calendar year toward compliance with the general permit will be made available to the public no later than February 15, 2018. A hard copy of the annual report will be available for viewing in the office of the Engineering Department during normal business hours, and a digital copy will also be published electronically on the Town’s web page under Departments – Engineering - Storm Water Management Program – Storm Water Annual Reports.
