Mask Guidance for Town Buildings

NOTICE

Given the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in the Town of South Windsor, the Town has implemented a mask mandate in all Town Buildings until further notice. If you plan to enter a Town Building, you must wear a mask while in the building for your safety and the safety of others.

In the event you refuse to wear a mask while in a Town Building, the following procedures will be followed:

• You will be asked to wear a mask and a mask will be provided for you to wear.
• You will be provided a verbal warning that you must wear a mask to remain in the building.
• You will be issued a $100 fine for not wearing a mask.
• You will be asked to leave the building immediately.
• You will be escorted from the building.
• You will be arrested for trespass.
