Food Service
The South Windsor Health Department is responsible for licensing and regulating activities involving the preparation and service of food that is sold or given to the public within the Town. This includes traditional food service establishments, food trucks, temporary events, and other vendors.
In the coming months, Connecticut will be switching to the FDA Food Code. The South Windsor Health Department has revised their Foodservice Regulation to reflect the changes associated with the adoption of the FDA Food Code.
