GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES:

1. To hear, consider and decide appeals when it is claimed that there is an error in any order, requirement or decision of a zoning enforcement official.
2. To hear, consider and decide all matters the zoning regulations specifically require it to consider.
3. To determine and vary the application of the zoning regulations in harmony with their general purpose and intent, after due consideration for conserving the public health, safety, welfare, convenience, and property values.
