Two (2) Professional Architects
Four to Six (4-6) members of the public with experience in fields such as art, architecture, community planning and development, or other relevant professions

TERMS:  Members shall serve for two-year terms. Terms shall be calendar year, December 1-November 30.

CURRENT MEETING SCHEDULE

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Committee shall provide a report to the PZC regarding all multi- family and non-residential development for which site plan approval is sought. The report shall provide the results of the Committee's deliberations - i.e., modifications recommended, or no modifications required. Such report shall be provided: (1) at a public hearing on an application, or (2) if no public hearing is held, at the time an application is presented to PZC. All recommendations by the Committee are advisory to PZC and only PZC has the authority to require modifications to a site.

The Committee will attempt on all applications to arrive at a site design that is mutually agreeable to the Committee and the applicant. The Committee shall follow the criteria and guidelines set forth in Section 9 of the Zoning Regulations.
