Narcotics

The East Central Narcotics Task Force is a regional, multi-jurisdictional team responsible for the enforcement of the laws of the State of Connecticut and the United States concerning the manufacture, distribution, sale and possession of narcotics and controlled substances. The East Central Narcotics Task Force is made up of officers from several local agencies in the East Central Connecticut area, and they operate in an undercover capacity.  Task force members sometimes work in conjunction with other local, state and federal agencies while investigating narcotic related crimes in their geographical area.  South Windsor has one investigator assigned to ECNTF.  The unit is currently overseen by a Manchester PD supervisor.  The South Windsor contact regarding ECNTF is our Criminal Investigations Unit Supervisor.
