Top Dog Contest

Do you think you have the greatest, smartest, most beautiful dog in town? Then bring in a picture of your perfect canine to the South Windsor Town Clerks office, and join our annual Top Dog Contest. The winner will receive tag # 1, and runner up will receive tag # 2.  Please, no photo’s larger than 4x6. The contest starts May 1^st, and ends May 31^st. Pictures should contain the owners name, address, telephone number, and the dog’s name on the back of the photo. Pictures will be returned.
