South Windsor Invasive Plants Working Group

Please join us for our next Work Party on Saturday, 10/12, from 9am-12pm as we continue to remove invasive species from the Open Space behind Town Hall. We welcome new and returning volunteers! We'll be parked along Peterson Way (behind the town hall/library) and working in the adjoining open space.

While the town provides work gloves, clippers, loppers, and bow saws, if you have your preferred equipment, please bring it along.

We'll help you identify species that need removing-- we generally focus on just a few species at each work party.
