Connecting Our Community Celebration

South Windsor Residents are invited to a Ribbon Tying Ceremony on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 11am in front of the South Windsor Public Library to celebrate the new sidewalks on Sullivan Avenue and Buckland Road. This family friendly event sponsored by South Windsor parks & Recreation and South Windsor Walk & Wheel ways will kick off with a traditional Chinese Lion Dance followed by the ceremony, ribbon tying, chalk drawings and a walk on the new sidewalks.
